Privacy Policy

Future Gallery is run by Muhammad Umair, Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email us at Mrcopper804@gmail.com.

The short version

The photos on your phone stay on your phone unless you turn on backup.
On the website, photos you import without signing in stay in your browser and are never uploaded.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your photos for advertising.
Only you can see your backed-up photos, apart from the few cases listed below.

What we collect when you turn on backup

Account details: your email address, and your name and Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
A phone identifier: a scrambled, one-way form of an ID that Android gives our app. We use it only to allow one free plan per phone, and we never store the original ID.
Your backup: the photos you choose to back up (and videos on paid plans), small previews of them, and details such as the date taken, size and file name.
Payment details for paid plans: the plan, the amount, the transaction ID and the payment screenshot you send us.
Sign-in codes, which are deleted after use or within a day, and basic technical logs (such as IP address and time) that help keep the service safe.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, back up and show your photos, apply your plan’s limits, stop abuse such as several free accounts on one phone, and send you service emails such as sign-in codes and notices about your backup or plan.

Who can see your photos

Your backed-up photos are shown only to you, after you sign in. We do not look at them, except in these three cases:
We receive a report that a photo breaks the law or our Terms of Service.
We receive an order from the police or a court.
You ask us for help and give us permission to look.

Where your data is kept

Your account and backup are stored on servers rented from our hosting provider. They are not on a public web address; every photo is sent only to its owner after sign-in, over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Emails are sent by our server’s own mail system. Google sign-in is provided by Google under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Your account and backup are kept for as long as your account exists. Free backup does not expire.
Items you delete from your backup stay in Trash for 30 days, then they are deleted for good.
If a paid plan ends and is not renewed, we keep everything for 15 days and email you every 2 days. After that, only 1 GB of photos is kept and the rest is deleted.
Daily copies of our account database (not your photos) are kept for 7 days.

Your choices

You can download your backed-up photos at any time.
You can delete any item, empty your Trash, or stop backing up.
You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account by emailing Mrcopper804@gmail.com.

Children

Future Gallery is not meant for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not create an account.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and tell you in the app about important changes. Questions: Mrcopper804@gmail.com. Outside Pakistan you can also reach us on WhatsApp at +1 636 639 7849.
