Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Future Gallery, which is run by Muhammad Umair, Pakistan. By creating an account or turning on backup, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old.
Keep your Google account or email safe; anyone who can sign in to it can see your backup.
Each person and each phone can have only one free backup account. Creating extra accounts to get more free space is not allowed.
Free backup
Free backup gives you 1 GB for photos. Videos are not included.
Photos are saved in compressed form, up to 2048 pixels on the long side. You can choose a smaller size to fit more photos.
Free backup may not always be available right away. If it isn’t, you can join the waiting list and we will email you.
Paid plans
Plus gives you 30 GB and Premium gives you 100 GB, including videos and original-quality photos. Current prices are shown in the app and on our website.
In Pakistan, you pay through Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay or UPaisa. When you send the payment, the account name will show as Tariq Mehmood. This is Future Gallery’s official payments account.
Your plan starts after we confirm that the payment has arrived. A transaction ID can be used only once.
Outside Pakistan, contact us on WhatsApp at +1 636 639 7849 to pay.
Refunds
If you ask within 3 days of your payment and have uploaded less than 1 GB, we will refund the full amount to the same number and app you paid from. After that, payments are not refunded, but your plan keeps working until it ends.
When a paid plan ends
New items stop backing up, but you can still see and download everything.
You have 15 days to renew. We will email you every 2 days during this time.
After 15 days, only 1 GB is kept. You can choose what to keep; if you don’t, we keep your newest photos. Videos are removed.
Trash
Items you delete from your backup stay in Trash for 30 days, then they are deleted for good.
What is not allowed
Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
Private intimate images of anyone without their consent.
Photos of other people’s children without permission from their parent or guardian.
Other people’s private information, such as their ID cards, bank cards or signatures, without permission.
Anything illegal, or anything that promotes serious harm to people or animals.
Scams, fraud or phishing.
Harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech.
Anything connected to violent extremist groups.
Viruses or other harmful software.
Signing in to someone else’s account without permission.
Getting around our limits, for example with several accounts.
Anything that harms our servers or the service.
What happens if the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may give a warning, remove the content, limit some features, or close the account. Content that sexually exploits children leads to immediate account closure and a report to the authorities.
Keeping your photos safe
We work hard to keep your backup safe, but no service can promise that data will never be lost. Please keep your own copy of photos that are very important to you.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; we will update this page and tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
